Hoffman and Pomerantz, LLP and local counsel review documentation provided for potential conflicts of interest. Our client is notified as soon as there is knowledge of a conflict.

Hoffman and Pomerantz, LLP and local counsel maintains confidentiality of all information provided by our clients by not disclosing information to their clients or third parties other than as it relates to his or her duties in connection to the service.

The Parties agree that non-public information, which may include but is not limited to: work product, schedules, legal and servicing forms, programs, procedures, computer software, training materials, customer information, debtor information, exhibits, fees, schedules and checklists is confidential, proprietary, and represent trade secrets of the Parties.
