Andrew S. Pomerantz, Esq. is the managing partner at Hoffman and Pomerantz LLP, and weappear.com which he owns and operates with Gary Hoffman. Andrew has also served as a Judge Pro Tem and frequently speaks before groups on matters regarding litigation and trial practice.
Andrew is a highly accomplished trial attorney who has litigated cases for clients across the United States. He is admitted to practice before all of the state courts in California and several other states. He is also admitted to practice before many of the United States Federal Courts. Prior to founding Hoffman and Pomerantz, LLP, Andrew was a trial lawyer for both the Plaintiff and Defense bars, where he focused on civil litigation, real estate, unlawful detainer, commercial, collection and bankruptcy. He has earned the highest possible AV® PreeminentTM Peer Review RatingSM by Martindale-Hubbell® for his outstanding abilities in the courtroom and dedication to ethics. Andrew is married to Kim, who is also an attorney, whom he met in law school. They have a son and a daughter. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys flying, music, good food and family.
